Kenneth Chancey, Legislative Deputy

Kenneth Chancey serves as a Legislative Deputy to Los Angeles City Councilman Marqueece Harris-Dawson. In this capacity, Chancey is responsible for carrying out the Councilman's legislative agenda, preparing Council and Committee briefings and ensuring the constituents of South Los Angeles are engaged throughout the legislative process for several priority initiatives.

Prior to his service with the City of Los Angeles, Chancey was employed with Cerrell Associates, a Public Relations Firm which recently celebrated its 50th anniversary. Chancey graduated from Helen Bernstein High School (Class of 2010) and then earned his bachelors in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University (Class of 2015).
