FOLLOW UP CORRESPONDENCE
All follow up correspondence and question related to your request should be directed to Yvette Lechuga.
Invitations for Councilmember Harris-Dawson to meet you or attend your event should be submitted through our Request A Meeting form.
Requests for Council Resolutions should be directed to Kenneth Chancey
Please plan ahead. We generally ask for a minimum of 3 weeks advance notice for your request. We appreciate longer lead times, too. If you have an urgent request, we will do our best to accommodate your deadline, though this may not always be possible.

Be certain to call if you have a short deadline, e.g. if you request an adjourning motion and the memorial is in 5 days. Council certificates may take less time than letters or some resolutions.
Please be aware that certificates cannot be mailed, but must be picked up at City Hall:

Letters in the form of PDF files will be emailed if requested, but printed letters must also be picked up.
We will do our best to ensure that these documents are available for pick-up a day before the actual event.
